Customers Table: Reporting on Your Accounts

Build reports on customer data using the Customers Table.

The Customers Table

The Customers table lists your accounts and their data, so you can compare and prioritise them. It can show:

  • Engagement Levels for each account and product

  • Subscription information, such as renewal dates and ARR

  • Account assignment, such as CSM and team manager

  • Account information, such as region, segment and employee count

  • Custom fields unique to your organisation

  • Key metrics, such as active users

The top of the table shows how many customers match, and their total ARR.

Why use the Customers table

CS leaders can use saved views to review team performance, track risky and engaged customers, and understand the health of each book of business in minutes each week. CSMs can build views of their own accounts to review with their manager and agree actions on churn risk.
