Users Table in Hook

The Users Table in Hook is a report of all users across all customers for your organisation. A user is defined as someone who has access to your organisation’s platform. Information in the users table includes:

  • The type of user they are, based on their activity using your product. Find out more about user types here

  • The information that relates to the company they belong to, which also exists in the Customers table

  • How they sit within their company’s hierarchy

Reporting on Users in Hook as a CSM

With the Users table in Hook, CSMs are able to:

  • Create customisable reports to understand user engagement at a customer level

  • Understand user engagement for your entire book of business, all in one place

  • Export reports to analyse user engagement and share with stakeholders

  • Add targeted users to a cadence to take action on at-risk accounts, on individual accounts and at scale

Once specific users are identified in the Users table, their usage history can be found on the User page. This includes the login count to your organisation’s platform and the history of how their usage has changed over time. For example, when an active user became inactive.
