The Customers Table
The Customers Table shows your accounts and their data. It’s a useful tool for comparing and prioritising your accounts. The data in the Customers table includes:
Engagement Levels for each account.
Subscription information: renewal dates, ARR, tenure.
Account assignment, e.g. CSM, Account Manager.
Account information e.g. Country, Segment, Employee Count.
Custom fields that are unique to your organisation.
Key Metrics e.g. active users.
Maximising Value from the Customers Table
Reporting empowers CS leaders to manage team performance, progress engaged and risky customers, and understand the overall health of books of business. CS and Revenue leaders can use this data to effectively manage team resourcing. This data can be reviewed weekly, in minutes, by creating customisable views in the Customers Table.
CSM and Revenue leaders can also track key KPIs and ensure CSMs are accountable for agreed actions. Targets can be monitored effectively, with intervention on accounts where needed.
In Hook, CSMs can create views of their book of business to review in their weekly meetings with managers discussing account health and actions to tackle churn risk.
