đ¤ Managers and Technical Admins have access to these settings in Hook
Reports can be saved as personal views to revisit later in Hook. Use Org views to build reports in Hook and share them with your organisation, so all users can easily access them.
Find Org views in UI configuration settings
Org views allow Managers and Technical Admins to create views in the Customers table, Signals table and Users table that are available to all Hook users in your organisation. These can be updated or deleted at any time. Examples of views that may be created include:
Renewing This Quarter (Customers table)
Detected Echo Signals Created Today (Signals table)
This Weekâs Power Users (Users table)
Tip: Make a view your default view by clicking the pin icon next to a view name in any table. Find out more here.
Increase Visibility Across your Organisation
CS leaders can use Org views to manage workflows in Hook by creating views with key account, risk and metrics data that is most relevant to their organisation. This enables:
Improved visibility across teams on accounts most at risk
Standardised reports for customer facing conversations such as QBRs
Increase knowledge sharing by standardising views created by your top CSMs
Views can be created on an individual and team level, meaning that each CSM or Manager will see the view but only for accounts in their book of business or team respectively. This can be done by selecting Mine or Team in the Customers dropdown on any table view.
Example: A view for Team Accounts Renewing This Quarter can be created in the Customers table by adding a filter on Renewal date and selecting Customers: Team in the dropdown. Each manager will see the accounts renewing this quarter for their team only.
