Automating Through Hook [Webinar]

Watch this webinar to discover how automations work in Hook

Hook automations help CS teams scale their processes, protect revenue, and free up time for high-value work. Every automation follows the same core structure: a trigger (a data point, signal, or criteria being met in Hook) kicks off an action (alerting your team, taking an automated action, or triggering an AI agent ) which is executed either within Hook or across integrated tools like Slack, Intercom, Outlook, or Teams.

Automations can run at the company or user level, support multi-step journeys with branching IF-Then logic, and are fully configurable in terms of how frequently they rerun. When thinking about where to start, automations generally fall into two categories: signal and behaviour-based (triggered by usage drops, health score changes, or upsell signals) and lifecycle and journey-based (triggered by milestones like onboarding, renewals, or contract dates).

Watch the webinar to see real customer examples of automations in action, and to walk through the key questions you should be asking to figure out which automations to build first, and how to prioritise from there.
