View Customer Interactions in the Feed

Customer Success teams often struggle to find the full story of customer interactions, searching for support tickets, emails and risks in different systems. The Feed displays a timeline view of account interactions in one place.

The Feed includes:

  • Meetings

  • Emails

  • Support tickets

Find the Feed by going to the Feed tab on account pages.

View all account activity in one place

Filter the Feed

Choose which data sources to see on the Activity Feed by selecting each category. Meetings, Emails and Support are shown by default on each account.

Example: Deselect the Emails and Support buttons to view only view the meetings for an account.

View the Activity

To view the original email, support ticket or meeting, select the item from the Feed. You can also find the original source by clicking the square icon in the top right corner.

How often does the Feed update?

The Feed updates hourly when Hook receives new data in each category.

Why can’t I see all my meetings, emails or support tickets with a customer appearing in the Feed?
