Ensure you are an Intercom Admin with the following permissions. This can be checked in Intercom Workspace > Teammates settings:
Access the Intercom App Store / Developer Hub
Install and authorise apps/integrations
Grant API access to third-party services
Ensure all required Apps and Integrations permissions are selected
Go to https://app.hook.co/configuration/integrations/intercom in Hook. You must be a Technical Admin or Manager in Hook to access these settings.
Click Authenticate with Intercom and follow the instructions.

Once complete please inform the Hook team. You will be redirected to the following screen once the connection has been established.
