1. Create a dedicated service account in Jira. This will be used for the Hook integration. The account must have these permissions for each project you'd like Hook to access:
Browse Issues (Issues)
View Issues (Issues)
Browse Projects (Projects)
View Read-Only Workflow (Projects)
2. Go to https://app.hook.co/configuration/integrations/jira-service-management in Hook.
3. Click Authenticate with Jira Service Management and follow the instructions, making sure to authenticate as the service account.
4. Once complete please inform the Hook team. You will be redirected to the following screen once the connection has been established.
