Create a new Hook User in HubSpot. This user must be a super admin to authorise the connection.
Ensure the Hook User has the following permissions to these scopes (and any additional relevant ones):
View, Edit and Schema access:
Contacts
Companies
Deals
Owners
Emails
Tickets
Custom objects (if required)
Lists (if required)
Marketing events (if required)
Automation sequences (if required)
Go to this link https://app.hook.co/configuration/integrations/hubspot and click Authenticate with HubSpot. You must be logged in as the Hook User when authenticating this connection.
Inform Hook that the above steps have been completed. You will be redirected to the following screen once the connection has been established.
