Customer Potential categorises accounts by Engagement Level and Upsell Opportunity. This is displayed as a graph with an upsell and engagement axis.
Customer Potential is found on the Account Page underneath Alerts and News Feed.
Understanding Segments
An account can belong to one of these four segments:
Growth
High Engagement Level + High Upsell Potential: These customers are likely to be ready to grow.
Nurture
High Engagement Level + Low Upsell Potential: Nurture this customer to keep them engaged and they are likely to renew for the same amount.
Invest to Grow
Low Engagement + High Upsell Potential: These customers are worth investing time and resources to improve engagement and unlock growth.
At Risk
Low Engagement + Low Upsell Potential: These customers are at risk with little upside of investing lots of resources.
