Engagement Levels
The weekly Engagement Level for an account, renewal date, ARR value and Engagement Level changes graph is found at the top of the Account Page. In the example above, Splunk has a Low Engagement Level and $100k ARR. Click on the Engagement Level graph to see a more detailed view of engagement changes.

Click the question mark next to the Engagement Level to see the leading indicators for renewal. This is a list of features and behaviours Hook uses to calculate the engagement level and the weighting of each one. This is based on factors that correlate with renewal, according to historic data from all customers of your organisation. The weighting differs for different accounts. For example, accounts with higher ARR require a higher utilisation of licences.
Renewal Likelihood
Hover over the engagement level to view the renewal likelihood. This represents the percentage likelihood that this customer will renew in full, based on typical customers with the same engagement level. Find out more about renewal likelihood here.
Suggested Actions
View the Suggested Actions for an account by clicking the toggle next to the Engagement Level. If completed, these actions will increase the engagement by at least one level. For example, Increase number of users onboarded.
If there is a playbook button on the Suggested Action, there is a relevant playbook on how to fulfil this Suggested Action for the account. Click this button to access the external playbook page. See the example below where the Add influencers Suggested Action links to an external playbook.
