Steps to troubleshoot

  1. Ensure that the integration user has the correct permissions to read and edit the fields set up for the data sync.

  2. Check that the fields being synced are of the same data type e.g. text fields in Hook can only sync to text fields in your organisation's CRM.

  3. Data syncs are updated daily. If a field has updated, wait 24 hours before checking your organisation’s CRM for the update.

An integration user is a special user account created specifically for connecting a CRM to another system, without requiring a real person to use the account.
